Kijana Mtaani Legacy is a non-governmental youth-led organization dedicated to realizing the potential of uneducated youth in their communities through practical development. We aim to strengthen the social engagement of these youths with key stakeholders, ensuring economic empowerment for sustainable livelihoods.
Our initiatives promote innovation, creativity, and value addition to goods and services. We also focus on creating awareness for an enabling entrepreneurial environment and building soft skills, coupled with gender sensitization, in line with resource mobilization for sustainable development and legacy.

Josephat Mwambula is an AI& Business analyst, License Financial professional (New York-US), Licensing Coordinator-WFG, humanitarian and a professional in youth issues, peacekeeping, NGO’s, research-based books authorship, organization management, chaplaincy& pastoral care, psychology &emotional literacy, social development research. He holds a Postgraduate degree in AI & Machine Learning: Business Applications from The University of Texas at Austin(Texas, US), Professional certification in International business & diplomatic protocol( US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights), Four CPE units from University of Rochester Medical Center, accredited by ACPE (US), BA (Philosophy) from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa(CUEA), Assoc. degree in Youth Development work from The Open University of Tanzania (OUT), a three-years College degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from St. Anthony Major Seminary, Accountancy course at SAUT, a certificate of proficiency in Insurance (IFM). He has vast experience with local and global NGO’s and platforms such as Feminahip, engaged in UN affairs at different capacities, YALI advocacy, an Assistant Coordinator at MPEF, Sales& Marketing in Insurance industry. He is currently pursuing a professional certification in Peacekeeping& Conflict Resolutions at POTI (Virginia,US),MA in Public Leadership at UBC (Canada), Graduate student of MS in AI in Business at The University of Rochester(Simon Business School).
Eva holds a BA In Banking and Finance from Institute of Finance Management (IFM). She has a deep exposure in accounting packages, financial management and business financial management. Eva is familiar with insurance industry for more than three years at Milembe Insurance Company Limited. She also has a managerial experience of working in a banking industry with Tanzania Commercial Bank (Tanzania Postal Bank). Her areas of expertise include financial recording and reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, cash & payroll management. She currently works as a Chief Planning & Finance Officer at Kijana Mtaani Legacy.
Paulo holds a BA in Sociology from The Saint Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT). Since 2022, He was working with ICCAO in project writing and management. He was also involved in designing fundraising approaches in line with Sustainable Developmental Goals.2 He was competent in report writing, planning and controlling projects. He participated in Africa Child Day and numerous outreach programs. He is currently designing projects and coordinate programs at Kijana Mtaani Legacy as Project & Program Coordinator
